Great food and awesome service. We actually showed up as they were closing (we didn't see the hours before we walked in) and they told us no problem. Had us order whatever we wanted and stayed open. We had been driving most of the day and were starved by the time we arrived there, I really appreciate them not turning us away (it was our fault we didn't see the hours) and hanging around for us to eat. We'll definitely be back if we ever swing up that way again.

Service was good, food came quick, ordered the skillet breakfast, menu says its covered with real cheese, came with a ladle of cheese wiz. Ish, not in WI.

The employees are all friendly, waitress was great, she was there when you needed anything. Had the frontier omelet, and it was great, could only eat 1/2 of it. Tastes like home cooking. Great place

Wow. Amazing. Get the German specials...all of them. Loosen your lederhosen and eat some more. I’m so glad we ran into this little gem. The food and service were delightful.

Stopped for breakfast on the way to North Shores. Quick service, broad menu and excellent food. Clean bathrooms and welcoming service. Reasonably priced.

Please do not deep fry your bacon. It is disgusting. Way to much flavor fry on hadhbrowns. Equally disgusting. Everything used to be homemade here. Not sure whats happening. Also why margarine? Butter better for you and tastes better.

Absolutely phenomenal restaurant! I had the walleye sandwich and it was amazing!!! The service was very nice and personal! It felt like going to auntie's house! Definitely worth the stop! I know I will be stopping again next time I'm going through here!

Great home style food!

Nice staff, fine menu, slow service. Big menu, breakfast all day, lots of specials. But as others have written, about a half hour wait to get food to the table. Drink refills the whole time, but the restaurant was only half full and it still took a long while to get our food. Fine if you're not in a hurry to get anywhere.

Cozy, home town restaurant, with everything from comfort food to steak and shrimp. Love the specials they run. Swedish meatballs, lefsa, and lutefisk was on the menu tonight. A couple of months ago it was German cuisine. Famous for their breakfasts. Affordable and delicious! Don't miss this place!

Like the atmosphere, has a throwback feel. Food Philly cheese steak wasn't anything special (I've had better). Fries are what you'd grab from a grocery freezer. Went as a change of pace from fast food (was passing through).

The service is always good. The food decent, but did discover that they replaced butter with margarine. Not only is it gross, but it's also illegal in Wisconsin. The excuse was that butter is too expensive. So my $10 breakfast doesn't have enough profit margin to keep this America's Dairyland? Unacceptable

Good food great service. We try to eat at the small ma and pop restaurants while traveling. This place had great food and service. Definitely would recommend

Liked the Coke theme and memorabilia. The outside really doesn't match and we didn't notice this place was here after driving by it a few days. Huge menu for both food and desert. The bacon was awesome. Other than that the food was good but not outstanding, pretty basic. Good place for kids with something for everyone. We got a laugh that liver and onions is only on the seniors menu.

Fun little 50 ish place to eat. Wasn't head spinning food but a good place to enjoy a meal. Food was good and worth the price. If you like that old fashion diner of old, you will like this place. I hear they have a good fish fry

The Frontier Stacker is a mountain of food. Didn't leave hungry. Great service, very reasonable prices. Now I need a nap.

Great little place with great food and service.

Great place to grab some breakfast, lunch, and sometimes dinner (depends on whether you're eating on a sunday or not since they close at 8PM then). I've seen reviews from people complaining that the service "was slow" and stuff like that...but they never say if there were more than 5-6 people in there at that time. The food can take some time to make but its worth the wait. Really like the atmosphere and the overall style here. I highly recommend.

Really slow service. Seems like if waitress knows you service is great but strangers wait much longer. Hashbrowns are great! Typical diner foods, little greasy but all in all good.
